Downtown mixed-use, mixed-rise condo project under way
It's to be six towers rising six to 15 stories in height on nearly a square city block at Third Street and Bonneville Avenue in Downtown Las Vegas. It's to have 341 residential units plus 24,000 square feet of retail space.
Studio, walk-up, loft and penthouse units ranging from 600 square feet to 2,500 square feet make up the Juhl, to be priced starting from the $400,000s.
Russ Haley, vp and cfo of CityMark Development, said parking will be on the first five levels and that homes can be customized. Features, he said, are to include 10-foot ceilings with exposed mechanical pipes and ducts, floor-to-ceiling dual-glazed windows, granite countertops, European maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and Grohe plumbing fixtures.
In chronicling the start of the Juhl mixed-use project, the Review Journal on April 14 said work has begun on utility relocation at the 2.2-acre site, meaning electrical power, cable and telephone services are being converted to underground lines.
The Juhl mixed-use condominium and retail project carries a price tag of $167 million.
