Why you should use a Realtor®

realtor.gifThe process of buying or selling a home is complicated and involved, even confusing and frustrating at times. There are many elements, such as inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and securing financing, etc.

If you have purchased a home recently you know how much paperwork is involved. As the process becomes more complex, the best advice I can give is to strongly suggest you use a Realtor®. Why, you may ask?

If you had a toothache, would you grab the pliers and try to remedy the situation by yourself, or would you make an appointment with a dentist?

If you wanted to treat your partner to a special dinner and the only thing you can do in the kitchen is boil water, would you make the dinner or go to a nice restaurant?

The same rule applies to real estate. It is not a question of intelligence or ability. It’s about experience and time. Let a professional who has dealt with all of the issues spend their time handling your purchase or sale.

Whether you’re an investor or looking for a home in which to live, if you’re buying a new home or a resale, the first person you should call is a Realtor®.

Whether you are selling or buying, The McKenna Team is here to answer your real estate questions and assist you in making all the right moves when it comes to securing your chunk of the very prosperous Las Vegas Valley.
